Legendary Apparel's policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, Legendary Apparel can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, Legendary Apparel will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at answers@legendarymv.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at answers@legendarymv.com.


All items purchased will be shipped within 3-5 business days of the order provided the item is in stock. The majority of orders shipping within 2 business days. Customer is responsible for additional shipping cost, if any items are returned to us because a wrong address was provided by the customer.

Delivery Time

Standard delivery is 3-5 business days and the purchased items can be shipping via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to the customer via email as soon as the package ships. Any questions or concerns about your order should be directed to answers@legendarymv.com. Your email will be answered within 24 hours.


To return your product, email us at answers@legendarymv.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Product Availability

We will allow customers to continue to order our merchandise even if we are temporarily out of stock. If the product you have ordered is temporarily out of stock you will receive an email from answers@legendary.com. An estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days is the typical time for an out of stock item.

Custom Order Delivery Time + Policy

Any item purchased via customer artwork commitment is considered a custom order as well as any color combination that is not an online option. The customer has the ability to customize the city, seal, banner, and color of writing and seal. They are one color designs with an option of two colors for an extra charge of $25. The clothing garment is ordered upon receipt of the order. Legendary Apparel will provide the customer a proof of the customer artwork and will receive two reworks if necessary. Once the artwork is approved the production phase in initiated.

Custom orders will be shipped within 3 weeks of purchase. Custom artwork will be handled on a case by case basis, Legendary Apparel Inc. reserves the right to refuse a custom order
